Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beautymuve@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
